Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped via USPS, typically within 7–10 days of ordering.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! If you're local, choose "Store Pickup" at checkout. Most pickups are ready in about 5 hours on business days.

Production & Timing

When will my order ship?

All of our pieces are made-to-order. Production takes 1–2 weeks. Most orders ship within 7–10 days.

Can I rush my order?

If you're on a deadline, please email us before placing your order.

Gifts & Packaging

Do you offer gift notes?

Yes! We offer standard printed messages for birthdays, anniversaries, or congratulations (+$2).

Can you hide prices for gifts?

Absolutely. Just check the "This is a gift" box at checkout and we’ll remove pricing from the packing slip.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Note that customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective item). In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

What items are final sale?

All charm bracelets and necklaces are final sale due to their custom nature.
