Return Policy

We want you to love your Coastal Charm Co. experience. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return on eligible items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

  • All returns must be pre-approved via email before sending.

If an item was shipped directly from a local maker, it must be returned to the address provided by us upon approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Customized and made-to-order items (e.g., charm necklaces or bracelets)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care and hygiene-related items

  • Swimwear

Refund Options

Once your return is received and approved, you may choose:

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • A store credit issued as a digital gift card

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.

Extended Gifting Return Window

During the holiday season (Nov 15–Dec 31), we offer a 25-day return window from the date of delivery on eligible non-custom items.
