Welcome to Coastal Charm Co., operated by Create Call LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Humacao, Puerto Rico. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Orders & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of being placed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, inventory issues, or pricing errors.
Shipping & Fulfillment
We currently ship only to the 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. All orders are shipped via third-party carriers (such as USPS). Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost items. If you're concerned about loss or theft, contact us before placing your order to inquire about adding insurance. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly.
Pricing, Taxes & Payment
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments, and gift cards. Sales tax is collected for orders shipped to Puerto Rico. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, update product availability, and correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time without notice.
Returns & Final Sale Items
Returns are accepted on non-custom, non-final sale items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Approved returns will receive store credit only.
Custom charm bracelets and necklaces are final sale.
Gifting Options
Customers may designate their order as a gift during checkout. Prices will be excluded from the packing slip, and an optional printed note (birthday, anniversary, congratulations) may be included for a $2 fee.
Marketing & Privacy
By opting in at checkout, you agree to receive marketing via email and SMS. Customer information is handled securely and may be shared with third-party providers (e.g., Shopify, email/SMS platforms) for order processing and marketing.
Errors and Inaccuracies
We do not warrant that content on this website is accurate, complete, or current. This includes product information, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
All content and services on this site are provided "as is." Except as required by law, we make no warranties and are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or its content.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product photos, designs, text, and branding — is the property of Coastal Charm Co. and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse this website. This includes but is not limited to: unauthorized scraping, hacking, transmitting viruses, or engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Apple Wallet Passes
Customers may receive a digital Apple Wallet pass after placing an order. This serves as a digital receipt or pickup reminder and does not function as a payment method.

Except for the information needed to complete an order, any comments or submissions sent to us will be treated as non-confidential and will become the property of Coastal Charm Co., including all related intellectual property rights.
