Workshop Hosting Terms & Conditions
WORKSHOP HOSTING AGREEMENT
Create Call LLC DBA Coastal Charm Co. – Palmas del Mar, Puerto Rico
This Agreement governs the terms under which instructors (“Host”) may use Coastal Charm Co.’s space (“Store”) to conduct workshops.
1. Booking & Fees
1.1. The Host agrees to pay a non-refundable booking fee of $95 per workshop.
1.2. Coastal Charm Co. will retain 10% of participant sales processed through the Store’s website or in-store POS. Sales are not guaranteed.
1.3. Optional marketing services such as exclusive Palmas del Mar Facebook posts may be arranged separately via email.
2. Space & Capacity
2.1. Indoor space accommodates 4–6 participants; outdoor terrace accommodates up to 8 participants.
2.2. Workshops must be scheduled Saturdays only, starting between 11:30am and 1:00pm, and may not exceed 3 hours.
2.3. Coastal Charm Co. does not guarantee furniture. Hosts must provide tables, work surfaces, materials, and supplies. Coastal may assist with arranging chairs via local rentals or restaurant loans, subject to availability.
3. Marketing & Promotion
3.1. Coastal Charm Co. agrees to provide the following promotional support:
- Display of flyers in-store (black & white)
- TV screen ad inside store
- Instagram Stories + WhatsApp Status promotion
- Event listing on website and management of inquiries via website/social media
- Quarterly reminder post on Palmas del Mar’s Facebook featuring the Coastal Calendar (if booked during that period)
3.2. Additional marketing (exclusive Palmas Facebook posts, boosted ads, custom flyers, etc.) may be arranged separately.
4. Host Responsibilities
4.1. Host must provide all materials, tools, and safety equipment necessary for the workshop.
4.2. Host is responsible for ensuring that the workshop content aligns with the values of Coastal Charm Co. and the Palmas community.
4.3. Host assumes all liability for participant safety and agrees to indemnify and hold Coastal Charm Co. harmless from any claims arising from accidents, injuries, or disputes related to the workshop.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Hosts may cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before the workshop. Refunds are not provided.
5.2. Coastal Charm Co. reserves the right to cancel workshops at its sole discretion if:
- The workshop conflicts with community values
- Safety concerns arise
- Minimum operational standards are not met
In such cases, the Host will receive a full refund of the $95 booking fee.
6. Photography & Media
6.1. Coastal Charm Co. may photograph or record portions of the workshop for promotional use on social media, website, or marketing materials.
6.2. By signing this Agreement, Host grants Coastal Charm Co. unrestricted rights to use such media.
7. Agreement & Acknowledgement
By booking through the Coastal Charm Co. website, the Host confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
