Description:

At Coastal Charm Co., we love connecting our community with makers, artists, and teachers. Our space is open for Saturday workshops where you can share your craft while we help with marketing and logistics.

Your Booking Includes:

- Promotion on our in-store TV screen 8 days prior to workshop 

- Black & white flyers displayed in-store

- Featured in Instagram Stories + WhatsApp Status updates

- Event listed on our website + we manage incoming inquiries from social and web

- 🛒 Sales support for participant spots in-store & on our website (we retain 10% of sales to cover platform and processing fees; sales are not guaranteed)

- 📣 Quarterly reminder post on Live and Life Palmas' Facebook featuring our full Coastal Calendar (your workshop included if booked in that quarter)

- Support in arranging chairs (via local restaurant loan or rentals — not guaranteed)

- Space: indoors (fits 4–6 PEOPLE) or terrace (fits up to 8)

Instructor Responsibilities:

- Provide your own table, work surfaces, materials, and supplies

- Respect time limits (max. 3 hours)

- Start time: between 11:30am – 1:00pm Saturdays

- Workshops must align with Coastal Charm Co. community values

- Responsible for participant safety and materials liability

Workshop Types We Welcome:
Ceramics • Beading • Metal Work • Scrapbooking • Painting • Sewing • Creative Writing • Cooking (no heat) • Table/Floral Arranging • Digital Design • Healthy Habits • and more!

Pricing:

- $95 space fee + 10% of participant sales processed through our store/website.

- Optional: instructors may request an exclusive Live and Life Palmas Facebook post (separate fee, arranged by email).

Cancellations:

- Allowed up to 72 hours before scheduled time.

- Cancellations can only be rescheduled; no refunds issued.

- Coastal Charm Co. reserves the right to cancel and refund workshops that don’t align with store values.

Agreement:
By booking, you agree to our Workshop Hosting Agreement.
